Shipping and returns:

Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed.

We will contact you via email if there should be any problems with your order.

We are not responsible for items that get lost or broken in the post. Especially when you want your order to be posted to Italy we HIGHLY recommend Registered Postage which is insured and can be tracked online.


Postage Prices are as follows:

Standard post is free ( delivery is usually 3-5 days, BUT TO ITALY IT CAN SOMETIMES TAKE 4-5 WEEKS )
Registered post is 12Euro per order ( Italian customers, please opt for this option if you want peace of mind and be able to track your parcel at all times, this option only takes 3-5 working days.
