Shipping and returns:

All orders which have been paid for by 12.00 noon will be posted the same day ( except on Saturdays and Sundays/ Bank Holidays ).

We will contact you via email if there should be any problems with your order.

We are not responsible for items that get lost or broken in the post. However, if an item should have gone lost or broken in the post, please contact us and we will do our best to make you a happy customer.

Postage Prices are as follows:

Each complete order, regardless of number of items, posted within Ireland ( including Northern Ireland) £ 1.50

Each complete order, regardless of number of items, posted to the rest of the world £3.00

For registered post within Ireland ( including Northern Ireland) £5

For registered post to the rest of the world £8

Please allow 2-5 days delivery time, or longer for peak periods in the postal service such as bank holidays.

We accept payment through Paypal, or Postal Orders in Sterling ( not crossed ) or Euro payable to Katja Jade.

Returns:

For hygiene reasons we cannot take back cosmetic items that have been opened. So if you are unsure about foundation shades, etc., please order the sample set before commiting to buying the full size.
